At Hilltop Manor, we think that a personal care home should feel like a real home for the people that live there. Our home only has 34 beds and a 6:1 staff ratio. Add to that delicious home cooked meals and the companionship offered by our community, and you've got an intimate atmosphere that bigger facilities can't match. Conveniently located directly across from Donegal exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike on Route 31, Hilltop Manor has been operated by Pine Knot Personal Care Homes, Inc. since 2002.
